Position Overview:  

We are seeking  an experienced and visionary Chief Academic Officer (CAO)  to lead and oversee the academic strategy, curriculum development, and instructional quality across our educational offerings. The ideal candidate should bring a  strong background in education leadership ,  a deep understanding of pedagogy , and the  ability to scale academic programs that align with our mission.   
This is a strategic leadership position  reporting directly to the Founders , offering the opportunity to shape the academic foundation of a rapidly growing education company.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design, implement, and oversee the academic vision and content strategy of the organization  
• Lead curriculum development in alignment with national education standards and student needs  
• Supervise academic teams including content creators, educators, and instructional designers  
• Ensure quality assurance across all academic content, pedagogy, and learner engagement practices  
• Collaborate with product, tech, and editorial teams to deliver learner-centric educational experiences  
• Review academic data, performance metrics, and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes  
• Represent Bisjhintus at academic conferences, events, and strategic partnerships  
• Conduct regular academic team meetings and progress reviews via Google Meet or in-person  

Qualifications:  

• PhD, M.Ed, or equivalent advanced degree in Education or relevant field  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in education leadership, academic management, or curriculum strategy  
• Proven track record in designing and scaling educational programs across age groups or disciplines  
• Deep understanding of instructional design, assessments, and educational technologies  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience in digital education, ed-tech, or online learning platforms  
• Familiarity with multi-lingual and inclusive education approaches  
• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret learning analytics  
• Passion for empowering diverse learners and building inclusive learning ecosystems  
• Strong team-building and mentorship capabilities
