Director of Digital Strategy– Full-Time

We aim to empower individuals through inclusive, accessible, and transformative education while actively expanding our reach and impact across India and beyond.  

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a  visionary and data-driven Director of Digital Strategy to lead our digital growth initiatives across web, mobile, and social platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to scale our digital presence, drive engagement, and increase brand impact.  

The ideal candidate should bring a blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the Indian edtech ecosystem.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and lead the overall digital growth strategy aligned with Bisjhintus’s mission and business goals  
  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and user experience optimization  
  • Analyze key digital metrics and user insights to drive data-informed decisions  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, technology, academic, and marketing units  
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and platform partners  
  • Ensure digital brand consistency, innovation, and high standards across platforms  
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of digital marketers and analysts  
  • Report directly to executive leadership with progress, risks, and performance metrics  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field  
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital strategy, performance marketing, or digital transformation roles  
  • Proven track record of scaling digital initiatives and delivering measurable ROI  
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM platforms  
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills  

Preferred Skills:  

  • Experience in edtech, media, or consumer internet companies  
  • Familiarity with digital ad buying (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)  
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content lifecycle, and engagement metrics  
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution  
  • Passion for education, impact-driven work, and user-first product thinking
