Position Overview:  

We are seeking a  strategic and experienced Head of Curriculum and Content to lead the design, development, and execution of our educational content strategy across all subject areas. This role is ideal for someone with a  strong background in curriculum design , team leadership, and pedagogical expertise. The candidate will play a critical role in  shaping the learning experience  for thousands of students across India and beyond.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and oversee the development of structured, standards-aligned curriculum across multiple subjects and levels  
• Lead a team of content writers, subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers  
• Set quality benchmarks and conduct regular reviews to ensure content is accurate, engaging, inclusive, and pedagogically sound  
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to align curriculum with platform delivery features  
• Develop frameworks for assessments, learning outcomes, and progress tracking across subjects  
• Manage content release calendars and ensure timely delivery across teams  
• Analyze learner data and feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness  
• Conduct training and mentorship sessions for academic and content staff  

Qualifications:  

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a relevant academic field  
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in educational content creation and curriculum development  
• Proven leadership in managing content teams or academic operations  
• Strong understanding of learning sciences, instructional design, and pedagogical models  
• Familiarity with Indian education boards (CBSE, ICSE, state boards) and competitive exam syllabi  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience working in an EdTech or digital learning environment  
• Strong project management and team coordination skills  
• Excellent written and verbal communication  
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content effectiveness  
• Understanding of multilingual curriculum delivery is a plus
