Head of Customer Success– Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We aim to empower individuals through inclusive, accessible, and transformative education while actively expanding our reach and impact across India and beyond.  

Position Overview:  

We are seeking  a data-driven mindset, with leadership experience and an experienced and strategic Head of Customer Success to lead and grow our customer support and engagement function. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional user satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across our educational platform.   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Design and execute customer success strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and satisfaction  
  • Lead, coach, and scale the customer success team to meet growing platform needs  
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation  
  • Build strong relationships with key users and stakeholders to improve long-term loyalty  
  • Collaborate with product, content, and tech teams to ensure a seamless learner experience  
  • Implement systems and tools (namely CRM, support platforms) to streamline customer operations  
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics and KPIs regularly  
  • Lead user onboarding, support escalation, and customer advocacy efforts  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field  
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management   
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a remote environment  
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills  
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle, retention strategies, and digital customer experience  

Preferred Skills:  

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zoho)  
  • Experience in edtech, SaaS, or digital content industries  
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects  
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical mindset  
  • Passion for education, customer advocacy, and team growth
