Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales and Partnerships to lead and grow our revenue and alliance efforts. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record in B2B and institutional sales , has experience building partnerships across the education and edtech ecosystem, and thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced remote environment.
This is a senior leadership role with direct influence over company growth, requiring sharp commercial insight and strong relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales strategy, planning, and execution for B2B, institutional, and enterprise clients
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, NGOs, and corporate sponsors
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align value propositions and sales messaging
- Represent Bisjhintus in external forums, events, and pitch meetings to strengthen brand visibility and network
- Prepare sales forecasts, partnership reports, and business development updates for leadership
Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Preferable experience in edtech, SaaS, or educational services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working remotely, leading cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to changing priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
- Network within the education or non-profit ecosystem in India
- Deep understanding of edtech sales cycles, especially in B2B or institutional settings
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving educational impact at scale
