Position Overview:  

We are seeking an  experienced and user-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and optimization of our digital educational products. The ideal candidate will collaborate across design, tech, content, and business teams to ensure our platform continuously improves to meet the needs of learners.  

This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy in a purpose-driven organization making a difference in the education space.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs  
• Translate educational requirements into clear product specs and development tasks  
• Coordinate with design, content, and engineering teams to execute and ship features  
• Track product performance using data and user feedback to iterate and improve  
•  Manage product backlogs, release plans, and sprint cycles  
• Identify product opportunities and drive innovation across the platform  
• Ensure a consistent, accessible, and user-centric experience across digital touchpoints  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or related field (MBA is an add on)  
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in edtech or SaaS  
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration  
• Strong communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills  
• Familiarity with agile development tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience with edtech platforms or content delivery systems  
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user research techniques  
• Comfort working in remote and fast-paced environments  
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data dashboards and A/B testing  
• Passion for education, learning technology, and social impact
