Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Vice President of Growth / Growth Hacker to lead user acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be absorbed with growth metrics, should thrive on experimentation, and can lead cross-functional initiatives to scale Bisjhintus to millions of learners.
This role demands a deep understanding of digital funnels, analytics, performance marketing, and user behavior in the edtech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy across multiple digital channels
- Design, test, and optimize user acquisition campaigns (organic & paid)
- Lead referral, viral, and retention loops to maximize user engagement
- Work closely with content, product, and engineering to implement growth initiatives
- Analyze funnels, drop-offs, and cohort behavior to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage SEO, email marketing, and in-app engagement to build user stickiness
- Recruit and manage a lean growth team as needed
- Report weekly growth metrics directly to the Founders
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product-led growth roles
- Proven track record of scaling users or revenue in a startup or digital-first company
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with funnel design, A/B testing, CRM, and automation tools
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in edtech, SaaS, or consumer apps
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, churn
- Ability to think creatively and execute rapidly in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, No-Code stacks, Zapier, etc.
- Prior experience growing from 0–1M+ users or building GTM for new products
