Position Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and impact-driven    Director of Learning and Development to lead the design, strategy, and execution of our educational initiatives.The ideal candidate should bring a deep expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational innovation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the academic and pedagogical quality of all our offerings.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the creation and execution of the organization’s overall learning and content strategy  
• Oversee curriculum development and instructional design across subjects and learner age groups  
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of content creators and educators  
• Implement scalable learning systems and digital delivery models  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning goals with company mission and product strategy  
• Monitor content quality, learning outcomes, and instructional effectiveness  
• Stay updated with trends in education technology, pedagogy, and learner engagement  
• Represent the learning function in strategic planning and executive meetings  

Qualifications:  

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development, curriculum leadership, or academic management  
• Proven track record of leading content or education teams in digital or academic institutions  
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, and learning science  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or scalable education delivery models  
• Familiarity with instructional tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation  
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution  
• Data-driven decision-making and learning outcome assessment  
• Passion for inclusive, multilingual, and accessible education
