Position Overview:  

We are seeking a  creative and skilled Video Content Producer / Editor  to lead the production of high-quality educational videos for our platform. The ideal candidate should be  experienced in editing, visual storytelling, and motion graphics , with a passion for bringing educational topics to life through engaging video formats. This is a full-time remote opportunity to build impactful learning content in a growing EdTech organization.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Plan, produce, and edit short-form and long-form educational video content  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, scriptwriters, and designers to bring ideas to life  
• Add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement  
• Edit and repurpose raw footage into polished final content  
• Ensure audio, video, and visual consistency across all deliverables  
• Maintain project timelines and deliver content according to publishing schedules  
• Participate in weekly creative review meetings via Google Meet  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, or related field  
• 1–3 years of experience in video production/editing  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software  
• Strong visual-storytelling and visual communication skills  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience in educational or instructional content creation  
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and formats  
• Basic sound editing and color correction knowledge  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Ability to adapt to feedback and multiple revision cycles
